摘要
通过实验对亚硝酸盐反硝化和硝酸盐反硝化进行了对比研究,得出亚硝酸盐作为电子受体时的消耗反应速度要快于硝酸盐作为电子受体时的消耗速度,亚硝酸盐反硝化菌体更能适应低温状态下的除磷等结论。实验同时表明,硝酸盐反硝化的最佳温度在28℃左右,亚硝酸盐反硝化的最佳温度在30℃左右。
Through compared experiments on the nitrite and nitrate denitrification, the result that, as an dectronic accepter, the consumption of reaction speed in nitrite is faster than in nitrate as an electronic receptor is achieved. A conclusion that nitrite denitrifying bacteria can adapt to the low- temperature, such as phosphorus, is drawn afterwards .Experiments also show that the best temperature of nitrate denitriflcation is around 28 ℃, and the best temperature of nitrite denitrificafion is around 30℃.
