摘要
毛主席纪念堂经过近20年的使用，由于屋面防水材料老化等原因，需进行维修。维修中对下层屋面和下檐天沟两大部位分别采取了相应的治理措施。维修实践证明，在设计时应仔细考虑基层结构与温度变形作用及材料的耐久性问题，以免造成渗漏。
The Chairman Mao Memorial an has ben built up nearly 20years.Over the yares, its roof's waterproof materials has been ageing and no logner functioning.It has been renovated. During its renovaion the bottom layer of roof and gulley have been well repaired respectively.Renovation practice has proved that in the design of roof construction, its basic layer structure, temperature deformation and building material's duradility should be carefully deliberated so that leak in the root could be eliminated.
