摘要
从甘蔗育种与生产结合的角度,就13年来的研究进展作一次阶段性总结,调查分析了不同甘蔗品种(系)在堆放3~5d内的蔗糖转化损失率差异性,对糖厂造成产糖量损失差异的重要关系,强调甘蔗蔗糖转化损失率品种间差异性研究利用的科技与经济意义,很有必要作进一步的深入研究。
Differences from sugar yield loss of different sugarcane varieties/lines in cane sugar factory after 3-5 days of storage are discussed. Obviously, the various sucrose content loss rate between different sugarcane varieties/lines during storage is necessary for further research.
