摘要
通过理论分析,将无线通信领域内基于多传感器的SIMO系统盲均衡技术应用于齿轮箱故障诊断的多路振动信号的融合。在某单级减速齿轮箱内植入滚动轴承内圈故障,试验证明,由融合后的传感器数据得到的故障特征更为突出。
By theoretic analysis, the blind equalization technique of Single - Input - Multiple - Output based on multi - sensor is applied to fusion multiple vibration signals from the gearbox. A defect is seeded on inner ring of rolling beating fault mounted in a single reduction gearbox. The experiment verifies that fault feature based on fusion data is more obvious than one based on single sensor data.
