中德道路交通事故信息采集系统简析

目前在我国,交通事故基础数据的缺乏已经成为交通安全研究的重大瓶颈。文章通过大量的文献检索和数据分析,借鉴德国在这方面的先进经验,结合中国国情,提出建立中国道路交通事故信息采集系统的必要性。

The lack of fundamental data about traffic accidents is an important bottleneck of traffic safety research at present in China.
