世界粮食与油籽供求现状和趋势分析

Analysis on Current Status and Tendency of Supply and Demand of World Cereals and Oilseeds

全球粮食和油籽总产量2007年有所增长,但由于近10年供应增长速度仍然低于需求增长速度,全球主要粮食和油籽贸易量与年终库存有所下降,促使粮油价格迅速上涨,正引发二战以来首次全球粮食危机。认真分析全球粮油供求现状和趋势,从中吸取经验教训,对进一步完善我国农业发展长远战略、政策和措施,具有重要意义。

The total production of global cereals and oilseeds was increased in 1997, but as the supply speed was still lower than demand growth rate in recent 10 years, the global trade volume and year-end stock of main cereals and oilseeds was decreased, resul- ting in rapid price rise of cereals and oils, and triggering the first global cereal crisis since the Second World War. The current status and tendency of global cereals and oilseeds supply ＆ demand were analyzed earnestly. Learning by the experience from them will have significance for further perfecting long-term developing strategy, politics and measures of our national agriculture.
