摘要
磁阻式旋转变压器是一种基于磁阻变化原理的角度位置传感器,激磁线圈和信号线圈的空间位置对磁阻式旋转变压器的精度有直接影响。采用Flux二维场计算软件,对线圈位置的不对称性对旋转变压器的影响进行了有限元仿真分析,并通过实验测试证明了分析的正确性,该结论对工程实际具有一定的指导作用。
As an angular position transducer,the variable reluctance muhipolar resolver was based on the principle of variable reluctance. The accuracy of the resolver was directly influenced by the positions of exciting and signal coils in slots. In this paper, tow dimension software Flux was adopted to analyze the influences of the dissymmetry coils, and the experimental results proved that the analysis was correct. The analysis conclusion was very important and helpful to engineering practice.
