摘要
为了研究不等厚磁极结构对永磁直流电动机电枢反应和性能的影响,通过建立瞬态电磁场模型,利用时步有限元法对气隙磁场进行了计算。在此基础上,分析了不等厚磁极对抑制气隙磁场畸变和改善换向的效果。结果表明,采用不等厚磁极可以抑制气隙磁场畸变,减小电位差火化,但并不能降低换向区域的气隙磁密,起不到改善换向的作用。
To research the influences on armature reaction and performances of permanent magnet DC motor by the structure of unequal thickness magnetic poles, a model of transient electromagnetic field was established and the airgap magnetic fields were calculated by time - stepping finite element method. Furthermore, the effects of unequal thickness poles on reducing the airgap magnetic field distortion and improving the commutation condition were analyzed. The results showed that the distortion of airgap magnetic field and the potential sparks on the commutator were reduced by unequal thickness poles. However, unequal thickness poles could not decrease the airgap flux density at the commutation region and could not improve the commutation.
