摘要 设计了一种工作在非共振状态的新型压电直线电动机。该电机采用双驱动足设计,使用叠层型压电陶瓷作为激振元件。在四路相位差90°的正弦波信号驱动下,两驱动足分别产生椭圆运动交替推动直线导轨作直线运动。实验表明,在一定频率范围内,电机运行速度与工作频率成正比。电机最大无负载速度5.5 mm/s,最大输出推力5 N。 A new type of piezoelectric linear motor based on non - resonant vibration was investigated. It was excited by piezoelectric stack and used double driving feet. Driven by four sine wave signals with the same frequency and phases difference of 90°, the two driving feet moved along the elliptical trajectory alternately to push the slider moving linearly. The result of experiment showed that for a certain range of frequency the speed of the motor was proportional to the operating frequency. The maximum thrust force of the motor is 5 N and the maximum velocity is 5.5 mm/s.
