摘要 介绍了一种永磁同步电动机转子位置的检测方法。利用磁链、电流、电压各空间矢量间的特定关系,根据检测到的定子电压和电流,估算出定子电流所产生的磁链幅值和相角,以及定子合成磁链的相角,从而估算出永磁同步电动机的转子角。据此设计了一个无传感器永磁同步电动机调速系统。最后对该控制系统进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,该检测方法简单可行,检测模型运行于电机10%额定转速以上时有较高的精度。 A way to measure the rotor position of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was introduced. It made use of the special connection among flux linkage space vector, current space vector and voltage space vector. According to measured stator voltage and stator current, the magnitude and angle of flux linkage produced by stator current were estimated. As well as,the angle of complex stator flux linkage was estimated. Then the rotor position of PMSM was estimated. A sensorless control system for PMSM based on measured rotor position was designed. At last, computer simulation was carried for PMSM control system. The simulation result showed that this method was simple and feasible. When the speed of PMSM was above 10% of rated speed, the model was precise.
