基于能值分析的甘南藏族自治州农业生态经济评价

Based on Energy Evaluation for Agricultural Ecological System of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

本文以能值理论为基础,对黄河上游生态环境重要区域——甘南州的农业生态经济系统的能值投入、产出状况进行定量分析,并把分析结果和其他地区进行比较。结果表明,甘南州本地资源没有得到有效的利用,农业经济发展现代化程度不高,是一种高消耗、低产出的发展模式;生产过程中科技含量较低,资源浪费严重,农业生产效率很低。因此应采取措施优化能值投入结构,增加农业生态经济系统的产出能力。

In this paper, based on the theory of H. T. Odum, we give a quantitative analysis of energy inputs and outputs of agricultural eco-economic system to the ecological environment important region on the upper reaches of the Yellow River - Gan nan, and have an comparison to Gan nan and other religions. The results show that, the local resources is not effectively used, the agricultural modernization is very low, and the economic development model is on the basis of high resources consumption. The technological content in production and management is low, so there is a waste of resources and inefficient agricultural production. It was essential to optimize the structure of energy inputs and outputs to the increase agricultural output capacity.
