摘要 采用熔融玻璃片法制样,建立了测定钛白粉中P,Fe,Zr,Nb的X-射线荧光光谱分析方法。校准样品采用光谱纯TiO2中加入标准溶液的方法配制,保证了校准样品中各微量元素含量的准确性,采用理论α影响系数法校正基体效应,并对测量条件、熔剂选择、校准样品配制、方法扩展等进行了探讨。方法用于钛白粉中P,Fe,Zr,Nb的测定,结果与ICP-AES法吻合,相对标准偏差(n=9)均在5%以下。 A method for the determination of P, Fe, Zr and Nb in titanium pigment by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry based on fusion sampling was established. The calibration samples were prepared by adding standard solution into spectroscopically pure TiO2, guaranteeing the accuracy of each microelement content in calibration sample. The matrix effect was corrected by theoretical a influence coefficient method. Moreover, the determination condition, the selection of fusing agent, the preparation of calibration sample and the expansion of method were discussed. The proposed method was applied to the determination of P, Fe, Zr and Nb in titanium pigment and the results were in good agreement with those obtained by ICP-AES method, and the relative standard deviation (n= 9) were less than 5%.
