摘要
介绍了一种直接利用火花源原子发射光谱测定各种非白口化铸铁样品中主次元素含量的方法。使用光源对同一区域重复激发5~7次,促使灰口、球墨铸铁等铸铁样品中的游离碳转化成化舍碳(Fe3C),形成可供光谱分析的白I:7化层,满足了光谱分析铸铁的条件。使用本法测定了合金轧辊、球墨铸铁以及生铁等非白口化样品中的C,Mn,Si,P,S,Cr,Ni,Cu,Mo,As和Mg11种元素,测定结果与其他化学分析方法(红外吸收法,ICP—AES法,分光光度法)基本一致。
A direct determination method for major and minor elements in non-white east iron samples by spark source atomic emission spectrometry was introduced. A same area was excited for 5--7 times using spark source, translating the free carbon in cast iron samples such as gray iron and nodular cast iron into combined carbon (Fe3C). A white cast layer was formed, which satisfied the analysis conditions of spectrometry for cast iron. This method was applied to the determination of 11 elements including C, Mn, Si, P, S, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, As and Mg in non-white cast iron samples such as alloy mill roll, nodular cast iron and pig iron. The results were in coincidence with those obtained by other chemical analysis methods (infrared absorption, ICP-AES and sPectrophotometry).
