空气气氛下RuO_2/ZSM-5催化醇的部分氧化反应

Partial oxidation of alcohols over RuO_2/ZSM-5 catalyst in air atmosphere

摘要 通过原位反应法制备了RuO_2/ZSM-5催化荆,并用XRD、XPS和TEM对合成的催化剂进行了表征,结果表明,RuO_2主要以20 nm左右的微晶分散在载体中,原位反应引入钌物种,没有改变载体ZSM-5的结构,大部分钌为四价。催化试验表明,在以空气为氧化剂的温和条件下,RuO_2/ZSM-5不仅可有效地催化芳香醇和带烯丙基的醇类(激活醇)氧化生成醛酮,而且对一些非激活醇也有较好的催化效果。 RuO2/ZSM-5 prepared by in-situ reaction was characterized by XRD, XPS and TEM. The results indicated that there existed mainly RuO2 particles of about 20 nm dispersing in the carrier; introduction of ruthenium species did not change structure of ZSM-5 carrier; most ruthenium existed in Ru( IV ) . RuO2/ZSM-5 were used as the catalyst for partial oxidation of alcohols in air atmosphere. The results showed that RuO2/ZSM-5 could not only catalyze partial oxidation of aromatic alcohols and allyl alcohols ( active alcohols), but also catalyze that of inactive alcohols.
