摘要 采用溶胶法制备FP-DS硫转移剂,考察了固溶体尖晶石的结构、焙烧温度、水热老化和过渡金属的引入对硫转移剂的影响,以及降低磨损指数的各种方法。结果表明,FP-DS硫转移剂能有效降低再生烟气中SO_2含量,对SO_2的吸附率在60%以上,解吸效果接近100%,磨损指数在3.5%·h^(-1)以下。该助剂的使用对催化裂化产品的分布和质量无明显影响。 FP-DS sulfur transfer catalyst was prepared by sol method. Effects of structure of solid solution spinels, calcination temperature, hydrothermal aging and introduction of transition metals on the sulfur transfer catalyst and the ways for lowering abrasion loss were investigated. The results showed that FP-DS sulfur transfer catalyst could effectively reduce the content of SO2 in the flue gas from regeneration, with SO2 adsorption efficiency of over 60%, desorption percentage of up to 100% and abrasion loss of less than 3.5%· h^-1. Use of the sulfur transfer catalyst had no obvious effect on FCC product distribution and quality.
