摘要
档案立法原则体系包括基本原则、专业原则和具体原则三个部分。本文提出档案立法原则体系及其三个层次划分的思想,以期对档案立法原则的研究有所启迪。
The principle system of archives lawmaking includes three parts, basic principle, professional principle and concrete principle. This paper puts forward the principle system of archives lawmaking and such thought of three divided layers, in order to inspire the research on the principle of the archives lawmaking.
