摘要
本文对王茂跃老师《归档不宜只归发文——与李兴利同志探讨》进行了再商榷,认为只归档发文的构想是能够成立的,并对产生分歧的主要原因进行了分析。
Mr. Wang Maoyue＇s opinion on ＂Filing should not just file released documents＂ will be discussed again in this paper. The idea of just filing released documents is practicable and the difference between us will be further analyzed
