摘要
文章对吴宝康先生的档案利用思想进行探讨,并提出以马克思主义为指导、坚持"以利用为纲"的方针和大力提倡开发利用档案信息资源是吴老档案利用思想的三大纲领,希望能为我国档案事业的快速发展起到思想引导作用。
This article discusses the thinking of utilization of archives of Mr.Wu Baokang, and puts forward his three outlines of archives utilization-be under the guidance of Marxism, insist on ＂to take uitilization as vitals＂, energetically advocate the development and utilization of information resources of archives. We hope those can facilitate the development of archives cause.
