Considerations about the Financial Management of Enterprise

叙述了我国企业财务管理的现状,分析了我国财务管理存在的不足及其产生的原因,提出了完善我国企业财务管理的对策,包括强化财务部门职能并发挥其监督作用、建立科学的成本管理体系、强化资金管理、提高经济效益、提高财会人员自身素质和业务水平。

This paper expounds the present situation of the financial management of our country＇ s enterprises, analyzes some shortcomings existing in the financial management of our country＇s enterprises and the reasons why these shortcomings come into being, and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the financial management of our country＇s enterprises, which include strengthening the functions of financial department and give full play to its supervision, establishing the scientific cost control system, strengthening the money management, increasing the economic benefit, and improving the quality and increasing the professional level of the accountants.
