摘要
以烤烟品种吉烟9号为材料,研究了常规措施下增施不同有机物料对延边烤烟生长发育和品质的影响。结果表明,增施不同的有机物料均有利于促进烤烟旺长期的生长发育,提高烤后烟叶经济性状,可使烟叶的化学成分趋于协调。不同有机物料处理的中性致香物质总量和类西柏烷类香气物质明显提高;处理③和处理⑤明显促进了苯丙氨酸类香气物质的产生;处理①和处理②明显的促进了棕色化产物的产生,除处理③外,其他处理的新植二烯含量均显著高于对照。综合分析认为,增施的有机物质种类不同,其对烤烟生长发育和品质的影响不同,以豆浆处理最好,其次为芝麻处理,豆糁和小磨油处理效果稍差。
The effects of different organic substances on the growth and quality of Nicotiana tobacum Jiyan No. 9 were studied in Jilin province. The results showed that after applying different organic substances, the growth and development of flue -cured tobacco in vigorous growth period were significantly improved, the chemical components of flue - cured tobacco tended to coordinative, and the total content of neutral aroma components and cembranoid were increased significantly. Among different treatments, the content of phenylalanine by 33 and TS, the content of maiUard reaction products by T1 and 32, and the content of neophytadiene by 32, T4 and T5 were all obviously improved. In conclusion, the fermented soybean milk was the best treatment, the soybean treatment took the second place, and bean powder and gingili were a little in the shade according to the growth and quality of flue - cured tobacco.
