摘要
南京禄口国际机场航站楼大型钢管空间拓架曲面屋盖施工中,采用计算机辅助设计自动切割下料、主街架分段抬吊、高空拼接、切割穿插补接等一整套安装技术措施。经检直验收,所有焊缝、构件几何尺寸及安装质量均满足设计要求,取得良好的技术经验效益。
Luring construction of the huge steel tube space truss curved roof struchure of an aviation building of the Nanjing International Airport project, there are a number of technical setups adopted for its roof installation,namely:1,computer-aided programming automatic feeding method, 2, separate lifting procedures of the main truss sections, 3,high altitude erection and 4,those necessary supplementary procedures such as cutting fixing, drilling, piercing and mending etc. Under overall investgation and strict appraisal, it has been proved that all welding joints, member's sizes and installation quality have met the requirements of design, gained good technical benefit and economic efficiency.
