福建有机茶发展的技术对策

Technical Countermeasure for Development of Organic Tea in Fujian

针对福建有机茶生产现状及其存在的主要问题,提出了发展有机茶的技术对策:选择好基地,奠定有机茶生产基础;高标准建园,切实防止茶园水土流失;加强生态建设,增强茶园系统抗逆能力;实行过程监控,坚决把住关键监控点;就地广辟肥源,提高茶园持续生产能力;集成现有技术,实现"两高一优"茶叶生产。

On the basis of the productive situation and the main problems existed in organic tea industry in Fujian, the technical countermeasures for the development of organic tea were put forward as follows： choosing good base for the solid basis of organic tea industry; constructing organic tea garden with high standard in order to prevent soil and water loss; strengthening ecological construction for enhancing the anti - adversity ability of ecosystem of tea garden; carrying out process monitoring, especially monitoring the key point; widely expanding fertilizer sources for improving the sustainable production capacity of tea garden; integrating the present technologies in order to implement ＂two high and one excellent＂ tea production.
