中美服刑人员未成年子女救助的理论与实践比较

Comparison of the Theory and Practice of Relief of Sino-US Prisoners' Minor Children

通过中美两国救助服刑人员未成年子女的理论与实践比较发现:我国政府在救助服刑人员未成年子女过程中处于缺位状态,从而导致我国对这些弱势未成年人的救助力度不大。因此政府应通过相关的法律法规,激发社会各界的救助热情,加大对服刑人员未成年子女的救助力度,从而也带动相关的理论研究。

Through comparison of the theory and practice of relief of serving prisoners＂ minor children in China and the United States, it found that in the process of aiding prisoners＂ minor children, Chinese government is in the state of absence which resulted in the weak relief efforts of these vulnerable minors. Hence, the government should stimulate the enthusiasm of all sectors of society, increase the relief to prisoners＇ minor children through relevant laws and regulations and bring about the theoretical research.
