摘要 某电厂汽机岛预制混凝土打入桩,经检测发现70%的柱体脱开,其主要原因是接头部位施工质量不合格,在挤上效应等因素作用下造成的。采用复打加固方案处理后,达到了设计要求。为避免类似事故的发生,有几种预制桩接头方式可以借鉴。 During driving precast pile for certain turbine power plant project, under site investigation, it has discovered that 70% of pile-shafts are disconnected.The main causes of pile-shaft disconnection have been revealed as follows: the poor quality of pile's connection joints and the bad effect of compacted soil.Nevertheless, the treatments of pile strengthening and redriving procedures have proved successful and met requirements of design.In order to avoid similar accidents emerging in the future, there is some precast-pile's joint connection technology that could be learned.
