某重型燃气轮机双燃料喷嘴组试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 概述了某重型燃气轮机双燃料喷嘴组油路的流量及雾化特性试验研究结果。应用喷嘴综合试验台测得喷嘴组流量特性,得出Ⅰ、Ⅱ路共同供油相互干扰的定量规律;应用LDV/PDPA系统测得喷嘴组雾化粒度、喷雾锥角等雾化质量指标,进而确定喷嘴组尺寸。试验数据为喷嘴组的设计、加工、改型提供了可靠的依据。 Experimental investigation results from an injector group of double fuel for a heavy-duty gas turbine were presented. Using a synthetic test rig of injector, the flow rate characteristic was measured, which produced a quantitative law of interaction between 1st and 2nd fuel lines when they work together. With using LDV/PDPA system, atomization characteristic about spray particle size and spray angle was obtained, which determined the nozzle group size. These experimental data provided a reliable foundation for the injector group design, manufacture and development.
