摘要
本文就某型涡喷发动机试车过程中出现的涡轮掉块现象进行了研究,通过计算与分析确定了断裂原因为一阶弯曲共振,发动机怠速转速下导向器叶片引起的气体尾流激振是叶片共振的根本原因。在工作转速无法避免的情况下,从改变叶片频率入手,避免了叶片在此频率下的共振,成功解决了这一故障。
Investigation was conducted for failure blade to analyze turbine blade loss of an aero-engine. The analysis showed that the fractures were due to first order bending vibration fatigue damage. The influence of the wake flow from the turbine guide-vane under idle speed was the ultimate cause. An effective prevention procedure was adjusting blade frequency as it was difficulty to avoid the operation speed. Blade breakage was finally solved.
