摘要
分析了腰英台油田采用地质导向钻井技术钻水平井的主要技术难点,提出了采用造斜工具造斜率大于井眼轨道设计造斜率的方法解决造斜工具造斜率和储层埋深两个不确定性的影响,标志层以上井段采用常规导向钻井技术施工,标志层以下井段采用地质导向钻井技术施工。以DB33P1井为例,详细介绍了地质导向钻井技术的现场应用过程,并分析了应用效果。地质导向钻井技术在腰英台油田的成功应用,对类似油田水平井施工具有借鉴意义。
The main challenges of using geosteering technique in Yaoyingtai Oilfield were analyzed. A higher build-up rate than designed was proposed in order to solve the impact of the uncertainties of actual build-up rate and reservoir buried depth. The formations above the marked bed are suitable for conventional steering tools and the formations beneath the marked bed is suitable for geosteering drilling technique. In-situ applications of the geo-steering technique in Well DB33P1 are introduced in detail. Successful applications of this technique in Yaoyingtai Oilfield provide guidance for application in similar oilfields.
