摘要 根据国外超低渗透钻井液的特点,研制出了新一代超低渗透剂YHS-1和增黏聚合物ZJ-1,合成了润滑剂PLG-1,采用正交实验确定了超低渗透钻井液的最佳配方:2.0%~4.0%固相+1.0%~3.0%YHS-1+2.0%~3.0%ZJ-1+0.5%~1.0%PGL-1。该钻井液的室内性能评价结果表明,其能在井壁孔隙和裂缝中形成致密性聚合物胶束膜,大幅度提高地层承压能力和阻缓压力传递,渗透率恢复率达到95%以上,油层保护性能突出;用发光菌法对该钻井液中几种处理剂的生物毒性进行了测试、评价,结果表明,该超低渗透钻井液无毒,具有环境友好的特点。 Based on the investigations of abroad ultra-low permeable drilling fluid, a new kind of ultra- low permeable agent YHS-1, the PI.G-1 lubricant and the ZJ-1 polymer viscostifier were developed. The optimized formula was obtained by orthogonal experiments: 2 %-4% of solid content, 1%-3% of YHS-1,2%-3% of ZJ-1, 0.5%-1.0% of PGL-1. The performance evaluation results indicate that this system can enhance the pressurization of formations and slow down slow down the speed of pressure transportation by creating a compact micelle polymer membrane on the surface of wellbore pores and micro-fractures, and the permeability may recover as high as 90%, and the formation protection results are obvious. The toxicity test results showed that the system has no toxicity, which make the system much friendly to environment.
