摘要
现在的工程项目朝着大型化,综合化的方向发展,而且工程项目的复杂程度成指数级增长,给工程项目管理带来了巨大的挑战。随着知识管理在许多大型企业的成功实践,知识管理越来越受到大家的重视,建筑工程这个知识流失严重的行业更应该引起重视。本文讲述了知识的总类及其转化,探讨了和知识管理结合后的工程项目管理呈现出的新特色;融入知识管理后的组织结构的变化;最后面对工程建设知识的流失构建了工程项目管理中知识管理框架体系的模型。
Nowadays, projects become larger and larger, more and more synthetic. And projects' complexities increased by exponential. All these bring enormous challenges to the project management. With the successful experience of using knowledge in many big companies, people focus more and more attention on knowledge management. Especially in construction industry for the loss of knowledge is very serious. This paper expounds the kinds of knowledge and the transition between them, and displays some new characteristics of project management after combining with knowledge management. The paper also states the changes in organizational structure. At the end of this paper, the knowledge management framework was put forward to solve the problems of the knowledge Loss.
