白芨多糖对动物实验性胃溃疡的影响

Effects of Bletilla striata polysaccharides on animal gastric ulcer

目的观察白芨多糖对实验性小鼠和大鼠胃黏膜损伤的影响。方法采用水提醇沉的方法制备白芨多糖。采用冷水应激、乙醇诱导法制作小鼠胃溃疡模型,幽门结扎等方法制作大鼠胃溃疡模型。试验动物各分为5组:白芨多糖低剂量组、白芨多糖中剂量组、白芨多糖高剂量组、对照组和模型组,连续给药3 d,造模后处死动物并观察胃溃疡指数。结果白芨多糖对冷水应激小鼠胃黏膜损伤、乙醇诱导的小鼠胃黏膜损伤及结扎型大鼠胃黏膜损伤均具有保护作用。结论白芨多糖对实验性动物胃溃疡具有保护作用。

Objective It is to observe the influence of Bletilla striata polysaccharides （BSPS） on gastric ulcer in rats and mice. Methods BSPS were separated with hot-water extraction and ethanol precipitation. Animals were randomly divided into 5 groups： control group, model, group, low dosage of BSPS group,middle dosage of BSPS group, high dosage of BSPS group. Each drug was fed to treat diseased animal for 10 days. Then the animal gastric ulcer models were made with cold water stress and alcohol induced of mouse, with deligation at gastric pylorus of rats after treatment. The ulcer index （UI） was observed after the animals were sacrificed. Results The protective effects of BSPS on gastric ulcer induced by cold water stress, induced by alcohol and deligation were significant. Conclusion The BSPS has protective effects on the gastric mucosa injury.
