摘要
对永定河上游水资源供需系统进行了概化,明确了各区的供用水关系;编制了永定河上游供用水程序;通过对系统结构和参数的调整,使程序尽可能地反映实际系统性能。对地表水耗水率进行了率定,通过省界断面出境水量计算值和实测值的对比分析,说明了率定的参数和水量传输关系的合理性。利用编制的水资源程序,以率定的参数为基础,对未来水平年永定河上游省界断面下泄量进行了预测,为未来确定永定河上游省界断面的下泄量提供了技术基础。
The supply and demand system of the Yongding River upstream is generalized. Based on the network chart, make up supply and demand program; the aetual system is reflected by adjusting the structure and parameters. The ground water consumption rate is ascertained in this article. Through comparing and analyzing the calculated and measured value, this article proves the rationality of the parameters and the water transmission relations. Making use of the program and based on the rational parameters, this article forecasts the provincial section discharge in the upstream of Yongding River in the future, which provides technological base for ascertaining the discharge.
