倾斜型声表面波滤波器的模拟与设计

摘要 简述了倾斜型声表面波(SAW)滤波器的研究进展,介绍了倾斜型SAW叉指换能器的工作原理,并提出了多段倾斜结构,基于脉冲响应模型模拟的结果显示,通过将SFIT指条分段倾斜,改变倾斜斜率可以实现各种幅度频率响应。 Current development of surface acoustic wave filter using slanted finger interdigital transducers (SFIT) was described in this paper,Then the principle of the SFIT was introduced by impulse response model. A new structure was put forward in which the fingers were slanted at different subsection. The simulation result showed that various frequency responses could be fulfilled by slanting the fingers of SFIT at different subsection and changing the steepening angle of the interdigital finger .
