摘要
提出一种新型的双驱动足直线超声电机。该电机定子为圆柱结构,2个正交的4阶同形弯曲模态为工作模态。在相差90°的两相同频率电信号激励下,定子产生回转运动,其上两个作为驱动足的圆盘交替推动直线导轨,实现双向直线运动。原理样机的最大推力为5.5 N,速度为103 mm/s,效率为33%。
A novel linear ultrasonic motor using double driving feet is proposed in this paper. Its stator is a cylindrical structure. Two fourth-flexural isomorphic modes with same shape in the stator are used as working modes. Driven by two electrical signals with same frequency and 90~ phase difference, it makes the stator turn round its ax- is. Two disks on it push linear guide-bar alternatively as driving feet by friction. The linear ultrasonic motor can im- plement bilateral linear motion. The measured maximum thrust force of the prototype is 5.5 N;the maximum velocity is 103 mm/s and the efficiency is 33%.
