摘要
基于动态电流法设计了一种新型热释电系数测试系统,其新颖之处在于首创设计了三路自适应微电流放大电路模块,该模块解决了弱热释电材料需要小动态范围,高灵敏度微电流放大而强热释电材料需要大动态范围,低灵敏度微电流放大的矛盾。系统先利用计算机对三路自适应微电流放大电路进行控制,再利用其强大的信息处理能力来获取热释电系数与温度的关系曲线,并在计算机上以数据和图形形式显示出来。实验结果证明,该新型三路自适应热释电系数测试系统既能满足弱热释电性材料,也能满足强热释电性材料热释电系数的测试要求。
A new type of pyroelectric coefficient testing system based on the dynamic current method has been designed. The novelty is its original design of the three-way self-adaptive micro current amplifying circuit module, which solved the contradiction that the weak pyroelectric current has narrow dynamic range, high sensitivity, but the large pyroelectric current has broad dynamic range, low sensitivity. The three-way self-adaptive micro current amplifier circuit is controlled by a computer, and the pyroelectric coefficient versus temperature is gained by the strong calculation ability of computer, and displayed in screen by data and graph. The result shows that this new three-way self-adaptive pyroelectric coefficient testing system could satisfy the testing of either weak pyroelectric current or strong pyroelectric current.
