摘要
通过超声电机动力学原理,建立超声电机发热量的理论模型,确定了电机发热主要来源于压电陶瓷发热和摩擦生热;进行超声电机的温度特性实验,验证理论模型。实验证明,理论模型可正确反映行波型超声电机的发热情况。
A theoretical model of heat productivity of traveling wave type ultrasonic motor was established by its dynamic principle. It was determined that the heat of traveling wave type ultrasonic motor generated from piezoelec- tric ceramic and friction. The temperature characteristic experiment on ultrasonic motor was completed to certify the theoretical model. The experiment approved that the theoretical model could reflect the heat generation of traveling wave type ultrasonic motor correctly.
