摘要
对固相合成法工艺进行了改进。研究了球磨时间与粉料的粒径、均匀度间的关系,发现制备钛酸锶粉料的最佳球磨时间为150 min。通过实验对预焙烧温度参数的优化选择,发现,选择1100℃为预焙烧温度,可改善固相合成法粉料的微观结构及质量,从而可改善压敏-电容双功能元件的电性能。
The technique of solid phase synthesis was modified in this paper. The relations between grinding time, grain diameter and degree of homogeneity were also studied. The experimental results showed that the opti- mized ball-milling time of SrTiO3 powder was 150 min. Optimum selection for parameter of pre-sintering tempera- ture was made via experimentation methods. It was found that the microstructure and quality of the powder could be improved when pre-sintering temperature was 1100℃, which could further improved the properties of varistor-capacitance double function components.
