Library Consortia is an important way of realizing resources sharing and a new type of cooperation model in library field, which is developed from library automatic network, but deepened in the aspects of members coordination, operation method, function realization. The article illustrates on the following aspects as connotation, significance, function and the issues should be dealt with.
