从美国经验看我国反垄断执法机构的完善

Reviewing the Consummation of Our Country's Antimonopoly Law Enforcement Authority from the American Experiences

美国是世界上反垄断法的鼻祖,它的反垄断执法机构也是比较完善的,为世界上许多国家所借鉴。我国虽然于2007年8月30日已经颁布反垄断法,但是对于反垄断执法机构的规定却很少,反垄断执法机构体系不完善甚至存在很多缺陷。因此,我们应借鉴美国的反垄断执法机构的经验,来完善我国的反垄断执法机构体系。

American is one of the earliest countries for carrying out antimonopoly law in the world and its antimonopoly law enforcement authority is quite perfect, whose experience is used for reference by many countries. Though our country issued antimonopoly law on 2007/08/30, yet there are not many rules for antimonopoly law en- forcement authority and the antimonopoly law authority system is imperfect even exist many flaws there. So, it is necessary for us to borrow the experiences from American in this respect, so as to perfect our country＇ s antimonopoly law authority system.
