摘要
和谐稳定是新时期建设有中国特色社会主义的必然选择,而涉诉信访,不仅影响了法律的权威,也威胁到社会的和谐稳定。因此,正确对待和处理涉诉信访案件,并深入探索这类案件的特点及产生原因,找出应对治理措施,必将从根本上治理涉诉信访,维护司法权威形象。
Harmony and stability are the necessary choice for constructing the socialism with Chinese feature in the new time;however, the petition letter concerned lawsuit cases not only affect the legal authority, but also threaten the stability of the society. Therefore, it will be able to maintain justice authority and social stability to correctly deal with the petition letters concerned lawsuit;deeply investigate the feature and the produced cause of them and find out the managing measure to handle them.
