摘要
目的优选新疆锁阳中总黄酮的提取工艺,比较不同产地新疆锁阳中总黄酮的含量。方法以总黄酮含量为指标,以芦丁为对照品,用分光光度法比较了回流法、超声法、煎煮法从锁阳干燥肉质茎中提取黄酮类化合物的提取效率,采用正交表进行实验优化了超声法的提取工艺。比较了不同地区不同生长期的锁阳中总黄酮的含量。结果固液比和超声时间对黄酮类化合物的提取效率有显著影响,乙醇浓度对提取效率影响不显著。结论最佳提取工艺为60%乙醇、1:60固液比、超声1.5 h,且总黄酮含量以奇台地区的锁阳最高,出土期比开花期高,花中总黄酮含量高于茎中。
Objective To ascertain the optimum condition for extracting Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. Methods Taking rutin as a comparison, we compared the extraction methods of the total flavones of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. , and studied the optimal conditions for extracting flavonoid compounds of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. by using L9 (34) orthogonal table, and compared the total flavone contents of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. from different regions at different growth stages. Results The volume of alcohol and the time of extraction affected the total flavones significantly. Conclusion The results showed that the highest ex- traction rate of the total flavones could be obtained with 60% ethanol solution at a ratio of solid to liquid 1 : 60 and ultrasound 1.5 h and the highest content of the total flavones is obtained from Qitai region at unearthed stage.
