民族药透骨草的生药学研究

Pharmacognostic Identification of Ethno-medicine Gaultheria yunnanensis(Franch.) Rehd.

目的对多民族常用的植物药透骨草进行生药学鉴定,为其鉴别及应用提供科学依据。方法采用原植物、性状、显微、薄层鉴别方法。结果透骨草在原植物、性状、显微、薄层色谱等方面具有专属性的特征。结论通过原植物、性状、显微、薄层色谱图能够很好地鉴定透骨草。

Objective To identify Gaultheria yunnanensis （Franch.） Rehd. by identification of pharmacognosy, and to provide the scientific evidence for identification and application. Identification, morphological and histological identification, microscopic identification, thin layer chromatography （TLC） were adopted. Results It is exclusive in original plant morphology, microscopic characteristics, thin layer chromatography （TLC）. Conclusion The plants of Gaultheria yunnanensis （ Franch. ） Rehd. can be completely identified by these methods.
