Scavenging and Inhibitory Effects of Mongolian Medicine Qiqirigan-5 Extract on Free Radicals

目的研究蒙成药沏其日甘-5的抗氧化作用。方法通过建立氧自由基(O2-.),羟自由基(.OH),脂质过氧化物(LPO)生成体系研究和探讨沏其日甘-5对自由基的清除和抑制作用。结果沏其日甘-5对O2-.的清除率(S%)是86.0,抑制率(I%)是82.9,对.OH的S%是84.1,I%是78.9。对LPO的生成也有一定抑制作用。结论沏其日甘-5在体外有很强清除和抑制自由基作用,是良好抗氧化剂。

Objective To evaluate the scavenging and inhibitory effects of Qiqirigan -5 extract on free radicals. Methods The O2^-· ,·OH, and LPO formation systems were established, to evaluate the scavenging and inhibitory effects of the extract. Resuits The scavenging and inhibiting effects of the medicineon free radical O2^-· were 86.0% and 82.9% , respectively; and the rates on ·OH were were 84.1% and 78.9% , respectively. In addition, the medicine also has the above effects on the free radical LPO to some extent. Conclusion Mongolian medicine Qiqirigan -5 has good scavenging and inhibitory effects on free radicals. It is one of good antioxidants.
