摘要
南皮县地处近滨海平原地区,水资源严重匮乏,已成为全县工农业生产和社会经济可持续发展的主要制约。积极推广微咸水利用技术、雨洪集蓄利用技术、农田节水灌溉等各种农技农艺节水技术,是缓解水资源短缺的基本对策。
Nanpi County is located in coastal plain area, and the shortage of water resources has become the main restricted factor for sustainable development of industrial ＆ agricultural production and economy of the county. To actively spread various agricultural water-saving technologies such as saline water utilization, rainwater harvesting and utilization as well as farm water-saving irrigation is the basic countermeasure of relieving water resources shortage.
