摘要
利用具备活性的胺基树脂与聚乙烯醇进行交联反应,对改性聚乙烯醇涂布工艺进行了研究。结果表明,用对人体无毒副作用的胺基树脂改性液对PVA进行适度交联,不仅保留了PVA阻氧性能,还增加了PVA的耐水性,提高了改性PVA涂布膜与基材之间的附着力;改性液"878"和"888"分别发挥自己的独特作用,经"878"改性的PVA适合涂布PE,MPE,BOPP,PET,BOPA,经"888"改性的PVA适合涂布CPP,进一步满足了市场的需求;第2代和第3代改性液降低了PVA溶胶的黏度,使之适合普通层合机和专业涂布机涂布,大幅度提高了生产效率;改性PVA产品不仅满足了军品包装的要求,在民品市场也得到了广泛应用。
The modified PVA coating process was studied by the crosslinking reaction of the active amino resin and PVA . The results showed that using active amino resin which has non-toxic side effects on human to modify PVA not only retains the PVA oxygen resistance performance, but also increases the water-resistance and improves the adhesion between the modified PVA coating membrane and the substrate material. Modified reagent "878" and "888" play their unique roles respectively. PVA modified by "878" adapts to coat PE, MPE, BOPP, PET, and BOPA, while PVA modified by the "888" coats CPP can better meet the market demand. Both modified reagent reduce the viscosity of the PVA sol, which make PVA he possible to be coat by general-laminated machine and professional coating machine, and make a great step forward in production efficiency. Modified PVA products not only meet the requirements of the military packaging, but also have been widely used in the civilian market.
