The packaging case design of YAMAHA motorcycle was taken as an example. The design process of the structural pattern of export packaging was discussed. Part structure of different kinds of packagings was analyzed. Simple structure and low cost was emphasized. The design thoughts was put forward, which were packaging structure optimization, cutting cost, and using environmental friendly material.
