摘要
液体瓶装产品在灌装及封盖时,因瓶型规格变化,瓶子高度相差较大。随着灌装机的生产能力、自动化程度变化,其调高装置的调高原理和结构型式也不同。分析了一种新型的多柱式调高装置的调高原理,总结出其设计时要把握好6个关键点,对此类设备的技术改造和维护提供指导。
Filling and capping to liquid bottle production,, bottle height vary with bottle types. The principle and structural modes of height adjusting device changed with production capacity and automatization degree. The principle of a multi-pillar height adjusting device was analyzed. Six key elements of design were summarized. The purpose was to provide guidance for technical transform and maintenance of bottle filling device.
