摘要
通过对下意识行为特点的剖析,发现下意识行为是用户潜在需求的外部表征,并论述了其在交互设计中的本能水平和反思水平中的价值。旨在为用户体验目标的实现提供新的思路与方法,为交互设计的发展提供新的契机。
The characters of Unconscious action were analyzed. It was found that unconscious actions are the exterior representation of user's latent needs. The value of unconscious action on the premise of instinct level and reflective level of interaction design was elaborated. The purpose of this study was to provide new ideas and methods for interaction design.
