Estimation of the parameters in the generalized rayleigh distribution with grouped and right-censored data

研究了一般瑞利分布在分组与右删失情形下参数的估计问题,利用EM算法求出了参数的极大似然估计,最后模拟结果表明这种方法具有良好的收敛性与可行性.

In this paper we consider the estimation problem of the generalized rayleigh distribution based on grouped and right-censored data. We estimate the unknown parameters by EM algorithm, and the simulation shows that this method is available.
