分析了制冷机冷凝热和建筑需水量的关系，提出用自来水作为冷凝器的冷却水，探讨了其实现的条件与途径。
Analyses the conditions both in the condenser heat and the requirement of building occupancy for hot water in summer, proposes using it to heat the city water and supply for domestic use, and discusses the applicability of this idea.
