摘要
针对失效零件模型重构问题,提出了利用正、逆向建模方法对具有复杂曲面的失效零件进行三维模型修复及重构。此方法为处理无设计图纸或者设计图纸不完整的失效零件的模型修复提供了新的思路,同时,该方法对已修复零件的计算机辅助检验也具有一定参考价值。最后结合实例说明了使用本方法提高了失效零件的建模效率。
According to the reconstruction of failure component, this paper proposed using forward & reverse modeling method to recondition and reconstruct the three dimensional models of the failure components with complex surfaces. This method provides creative ideas to deal with the model of failure components without design drawings or with uncompleted ones. In addition,it also has reference value for Compufer Aid Verdict (CAV) of repaired component. This paper combines with an example to show that using this method can improve the efficiency of rebuilding model of the failure components.
